Biography: He completed M.Ch degree in Plastic surgery from Grant Medical College, India (Mumbai University) in 2004 and since then has been practicing predominantly Cosmetic surgery in Mumbai and now in Cochin. He is a leading surgeon in the field of minial access male breast reduction using modified liposuction and lateral pull through technique in Kerala, India. The first dedicated Cosmetic Surgery department in Kerala, India was set up in Lakeshore hospital, Cochin by he, which has become the preferred centre for male breast/Gynecomastia correction in India in a short period of time. Gynecomastia surgery is the most common cosmetic surgery done in this center. He is an expert Cosmetic Surgeon in the field of fine definition and Mega Liposuction using Suction Assisted Lipectomy (SAL) and Power Assisted Lipectomy (PAL) techniques. Patient safety and improved outcomes are the fain focus of the practice. International benchmarks in quality of skill and care are followed in every case here. The maximum amount of fat aspirated at the Lakeshore Cosmetic surgery centre, was 23 liters, probably a record in the country . Large volume liposuctions and mega liposuctions are performed on a regular basis here without compromising patient safety. He presents and publishes papers in international Plastic surgery conferences and journals regularly. He has co-authored papers on improving safety in Liposuction and on peri operative considerations in Mega Liposuction which have been appreciated by Cosmetic plastic surgeons in India and abroad.
