Biography: OBSTETRICS AND obstetrician & IVF Center Mersin DIRECTOR Besni was born in 1967, finished the first, middle and high school in the same district. In 1985 he graduated from high school with honors Besne. He graduated in 1991 from the Gulhane Military Medical Academy. Between the years 1994-1998 GATA Haydarpasa completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic. Doctors of various health units in the Turkish Armed Forces, worked in Obstetrics and Gynecology specialist and managerial positions.
