Biography: Richard’s dental career began when he joined the Dental Branch of the Royal Australian Airforce in 1976. This team-based dentistry environment focused on quality and strongly encouraged knowledge and skills development offering opportunity for further training and mentoring. The last years of his RAAF career Richard was the Senior RAAF Dental Technician, responsible for the skill and career development of all AirForce dental technicians.
