About Midleton Dental Care
Midleton Dental Care is Located just off Midleton's Main Street. Owned by husband and wife team Dr Tim O' Connell and Aoife Diggin, this practice is friendly, welcoming, modern and ethical. Midleton Dental Care provides a wide range of dental treatments and welcomes private/PRSI and Medical Card patients. New patients and families are welcome. Treatments available include examinations, cleaning, fillings, extractions, root canal treatment, dentures, crowns, bridges and whitening. We aim to see emergencies on the same day. We are a ground floor practice & are buggy and wheelchair friendly.

Biography: Tim graduated from UCC in 2001. Having worked in a large busy general practice in Kent UK, Tim returned home in 2004 and has worked extensively in both private practice and the Dublin Dental Hospital. In 2007 Tim was granted membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland. Patients love Tim’s friendly approach and relaxed manner. He has a keen interest in oral surgery and is currently undertaking further training in implant dentistry

Biography: Aoife graduated from UCC with a first class honours degree and was awarded the Gold Medal in Restorative Dentistry, the Dr Noel Hayes Medal for oral surgery and the Orthodontic Society of Ireland Medal.She worked in Scotland and Dublin before returning to Cork in 2008. She has gained extensive experience in general practice and has a special interest in children’s dental care and root canal treatments. Providing a gentle and caring service is paramount to Aoife. She has achieved membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, is a member of the Irish Dental Association and regularly attends lectures and courses to keep herself updated with new methods and techniques.

Biography: Carol ODriscoll started working in the practice in 1995 and has been a full time member since 2000. Since then her duties include assisting with the patient’s treatment and managing the practice reception.Over the years Carol has gotten to know the patients and would consider many of them as friends. Carols warm and caring demeanor puts patients at ease . She finds her work personally rewarding and she enjoys the different challenges that each day brings.Carol is an integral part of the Midleton Dental Care team.
