About Move for Better Health
Move for Better Health is a multidisciplinary allied health centre, with two locations: 277 Unley Road, Malvern and 500 Magill Road, Magill (South Australia). In addition to our face to face services, we also provide Telehealth Consultations and Telehealth Exercise 1:1 Sessions.
Our clinic has a multidisciplinary approach to treatment, with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Psychologists and Dietitians available.
Together, we believe nothing should stop you from living your best and most active life. We’re here to help you move better, manage any injury or health condition that you may have, and assist you in achieving your health, fitness or movement goals.
We foster an ongoing commitment to professional education, so we can provide our patients with an up to date approach to their treatment. Additionally, our staff routinely liaise with GPs, specialists, and other allied health professionals in Adelaide, Australia and overseas to help us achieve the best possible outcome for each person.

Mr Peter Tziavrangos

Biography: With over 20 years experience in private practice, Peter has a special interest in the treatment of headaches and migraines. Graduating in 1996, Peter has experience working in Australia and the UK, working in hospitals, private practice, with sporting teams and in occupational/industrial Physiotherapy. Peter brings a great depth of personal experience in the sporting arena, having competed at state and national level with indoor volleyball. Peter's Pilates training is through Polestar Education, the Pilates Institute of Australasia and the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.

Ms Veronica Tziavrangos

Biography: Veronica graduated from the University of South Australia with honours in 1997, and completed a Masters in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy in 2014. This training over a two year period is focussed on improving knowledge and skills of the physiotherapist in the areas of sports injuries and also musculoskeletal (muscle/joint/nerve) problems. This is an intense practical and theory based course, which covers all aspects of muscle, joint, nerve and sports injuries. Veronica has excelled in her studies and was accepted into the Golden Key Honour Society - which is an international academic honour society recognising scholastic achievement and excellence.
