Biography: Jenny qualified as a Registered General Nurse at the Mater Hospital, Dublin in 1999. In 2003 she gained a Post Graduate Diploma in Specialist Nursing from Trinity College, Dublin. In 2004, after training as a Surgical First Assistant at the Countess of Chester Hospital where she gained a wealth of knowledge and experience, she worked as a Surgical First Assistant in many specialities including General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Plastic surgery, and Maxillo-Facial surgery.

He has worked in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery units across Ireland and UK. In 2005 he was awarded the prestigious membership of Royal College of Surgeons of England and Ireland, followed by a Fellowship in Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland in 2005.
