Biography: Dr. Hien Vo is the first Vietnamese dentist being trained in the U.S on Dental Implantology from 1995 to 1996. He then became the dean of The Dental Implantology Department of The National Hopital of Odonto – Stomatology since its foundation in 1999 until May 2011. With 16 years being an implantologist, his experience is an asset in the Vietnamese implantologist community. He has also lectured for implantology training courses held by The National Hospital of Odonto – Stomatology in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh city, The University of Health Sciences in Hue and Can Tho city, The New York University (special courses for Vietnamese dentists) and The HCM Society of Dental Implantology. DR. Hien is now: President, HCMC Society of Dental Implantology. President, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Vietnam Chapter Director of NiDiC Member, ICOI Ambassadors’ Circle Diplomate, International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) from 2006
