Biography: Mr Anand Ramakrishnan is a Plastic Surgeon with expertise in the full breadth of Paediatric and Adult Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Mr Anand Ramakrishnan obtained his medical degree (MBBS) from the University of Melbourne (1996) and then undertook 12 years of rigorous postgraduate training in order to become a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon in 2008. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, International Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Biography: Richard Barton is a Melbourne trained Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a subspeciality interest and advanced post-fellowship training in adult craniomaxillofacial surgery and facial aesthetic surgery. He is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons. Richard graduated from medicine in 1998 and went on to undertake a further 11 years of training prior to his recognition as a specialist Plastic Surgeon. His surgical residency and advanced plastic surgical training was conducted in each of the major Melbourne metropolitan teaching hospitals including, The Royal Melbourne Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital, The Alfred and The Royal Children’s Hospital.

Biography: Jonathan Burge completed his plastic surgical training in New Zealand then undertook a further two years of subspecialty training in craniomaxillofacial surgery. He completed a year at the prestigious Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto in paediatric craniofacial surgery. He then went on to work as a head and neck surgeon in Cochin, Southern India. Here he was involved in resecting and reconstructing challenging head and neck cancers. He also undertook a cosmetic surgical fellowship for six months at The New Zealand Institute of Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery. Jonathan is section chief of Craniofacial Surgery at The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne. Here he works as a paediatric craniofacial and plastic surgeon and is actively involved in teaching and clinical management of complex craniofacial cases. He operates privately at St Vincent’s Private Hospital (both Kew and East Melbourne), John Fawkner Private Hospital in Coburg and Cotham Private Hospital.
