He has proven his hard work and intelligence by being one of the top students in Malaysia who scored straight 17As (16A+, 1A) in SPM and straight A* (4A star) in Cambridge A-levels. He also graduated with first-class honours from Sri Devaraj Urs University, India in the dual degrees of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. Dr Harry worked as a house surgeon in India for 1 year before returning back to Malaysia. He completed his housemanship training in University Malaya Medical Centre, KL. He then worked as a skin medical officer at the Department of Dermatology, Sarawak General Hospital, Kuching. He was also scheduled to work at several government polyclinics in Kuching for visiting skin clinic services. Being highly passionate in the dermatology field, Dr Harry ventured into the field of aesthetic medicine (cosmetic dermatology) by obtaining Postgraduate Medical Aesthetic Certification (MAC) while he was still working full time with the Ministry of Health. Hungry for more, Dr Harry then pursued his journey in primary care dermatology by attaining Postgraduate Certificate in Dermatology from the Academy of Family Physicians of Malaysia (AFPM) and subsequently Postgraduate Dip. Dermatology from the Institute of Dermatology (IOD), Bangkok. Besides, he has also cleared the Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom (MRCPUK) Part 1 & 2 written exams. Throughout his career, Dr Harry has had the privilege to work under the guidance of a number of renowned dermatologists in Malaysia. Thus, being a dermatologically trained medical practitioner, Dr Harry practises evidence-based medicine and performs medical aesthetic procedures which are proven effective with visible results.
