About Oliver Harman
Dr Oliver Harman has recently relocated and merged his Harman Clinic with the Cecil Street Practice offering adult cosmetic restorative dentistry including composite bonding, white fillings, crowns, veneers and tooth whitening (as well as short term orthodontics and dental implants.) Dr Harman is one of only two dentist in the country to achieve prestigious British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Fellowship, he has an masters degree in cosmetic restorative dentistry with distinction , and has won three Aesthetic Dental Awards for the quality of his dentistry 2010, 2012, and 2015, and Oasis Changing Faces Award 2016.
The Cecil Street Practice is in the heart of Carlisle five minutes walk from the station. It is part of the Oasis Healthcare Group.

Biography: BDS (London) LDS RCS (England) Fellow BACDGDC:57537Oliver qualified from the Royal Dental Hospital, London in 1983. He has extensive experience in all aspects of cosmetic and general aesthetic dentistry and owned a successful private practice in Chesham Buckinghamshire until 2001. He was Lead Cosmetic dentist for Oasis Healthcare ltd (Dentics) between 2001 and 2011 when he opened The Harman Dental Clinic in Tunbridge Wells. He is also Cosmetic Consultant to Siluetti Plastic Surgery Hospital in Helsinki and the British Centre of Excellence in Dentistry, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.His cosmetic dental work can be seen on over a dozen episodes of Living TV’s Extreme Makeover UK, more than any other dentist. He regularly writes and lectures internationally on cosmetic and laser dentistry.In 2010 Oliver became one of only two UK dentists to achieve the prestigious British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Fellowship Award (BACD). (Fellowship is an Award for Excellence in Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry judging the process and outcome of a wide range of actual cosmetic dental cases.) He is also a member of the AACD (The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry) and is currently working towards his US Accreditation Exams.He was a member of the Oasis Healthcare PLC Clinical Board (2005-2007) and was a member of the Oasis Healthcare Ltd Specialist Forum (2008-2011). He is also a Director of the BACD and is an accreditation examiner and a member of the Public Relations Committee.

Biography: Fiona is no stranger to Tunbridge Wells having grown up in Wateringbury. She was educated at Mayfield, the same school her daughter now attends and her son is currently sitting A levels at Tonbridge School. Fiona trained and qualified as a journalist with The Kent Messenger Group working all over the county. She went on to work in property after her children were born and only became involved in dentistry after meeting Dr Harman. As well as project managing the renovation of The Harman Dental Clinic and helping to set up and run the business Fiona works alongside Oliver as his nurse. Fiona is also a qualified Dental Surgery Assistant

He has a unique eye for form, design & colour. His a very humble and religious man who hand craft every stage of the productions of his crowns, bridges, & veneers often in the quite of the night. His work has been seen on TV’s Extreme Makeover UK and Ten Years Younger and regularly works for Royaty, Captains of Industry and International Supermodels.
