In 1982 he graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine Dr. Çelikoyar, Sisli Children's Hospital at the start of the Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) specialist by completing the Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of ENT Specialist ENT received in 1989. Kiss. Dr. Pediatric Hospital between 1989-1993 years Çelikoyar ENT Clinic of the chief resident, was trained as Chief Assistant in the same clinics, 1993-1997. Abroad in the years 1992-1996; Institut Gustave Roussy in France and again in clinical Professeur Frederic Chabolle the Hôpital Foch in Suresnes at the College de France, he served as a Fellow in Medicine.
