Biography: BSc Hons MCSP Lucinda is a Chartered Physiotherapist and joined OPTIMUM in October 2008, having previously been working with the Essex RFU and Saracens Rugby Club. Lucinda has an extensive background in sport having captained her University Lacrosse team, taking part in various half marathons and actually completing a 15 hour row down the Thames (I never said our therapist were sane!! - Dean). Lucinda's area of speciality lies within musculoskeletal disorders, sport injury and rehabiliation and is persuing further study in this area.
