A wide range of musculoskeletal injuries are treated by the expert physiotherapists at this modern clinic located at Mansfield in Nottinghamshire. The clinic is located inside the John Fretwell Sporting Complex and has state of the art indoor and outdoor facilities. A detailed initial assessment of the patient is conducted at first and a treatment plan is formulated in consultation with patients and based on their individual goals. Services offered by the clinic are home and work visits, manual techniques, laser based techniques, Pilates, smoking cessation assistance, sports massage, ergonomic assessments and advice, neurological rehabilitation and posture correction.

Biography: Sara graduated from the University of Nottingham in 1999 with a first class honours degree (BSc) in Physiotherapy. During this time she also won the EMS Student of the Year award for her dissertation/research on wheelchair rugby players. After gaining a variety of experience in the NHS, Sara decided to specialise in musculo-skeletal conditions, with a special interest in sports injuries. Over the past twelve years she has treated a wide variety of athletes, from recreational to elite levels, in sports such as short and long distance running, tennis, mixed martial arts, Tai Chi, golf, body building, cricket, football, rugby, American football, squash, bowls, basketball, cycling, triathlon, swimming, badminton, and scuba diving. Sara also has extensive experience treating whiplash associated disorders, repetitive strain injuries acquired through both manual and sedentary jobs, and pre and post-surgical orthopaedic conditions such as rotator cuff injuries, fractures, and ligament strains and tears.

Biography: Hannah Oakley qualified from the University of Nottingham in 1999 and is registered with the Health Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. She specializes in the rehabilitation of neurological conditions in adults. Other special interests include Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), Vestibular Rehabilitation, Hydrotherapy, Back Pain, Arthritic Conditions, and thermoplastic splinting for tonal problems.
