Biography: He chartered scientist and accredited exercise scientist through the British association of sport and exercise sciences (BASES) founded Physability with Nicky Baldwin in 2003. He is also qualified as a phase IV cardiac rehabilitation instructor and sport and remedial massage.

Biography: She has worked for 15years in a rehabilitation environment, her last post was at the National rehabilitation centre for the paralysed in Minchinhampton, Stroud before setting up Physability with David Akroyd-Jone in 2003. Nicky also qualified in sports massage, remedial massage and reflexology.
