Biography: Michael Harding is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a BSC (Hons) in Physiotherapy, an MSc in Sport and Exercise Injury Management, a Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine, a Diploma in Injection Therapy and is a Member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).Michael Harding obtained his BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree in 2001 at the University of Teesside. He qualified as an acupuncturist in 2002 and subsequently became a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) in 2005 after obtaining his advanced acupuncture qualification. In 2003 Michael pursued his special interest in musculoskeletal disorders by studying a Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine which was followed by a Diploma in Injection Therapy in 2006.In order to further his knowledge in sports medicine Michael studied towards an MSc in Sport and Exercise Injury Management at Leeds Metropolitan University between 2003 and 2005.Michael began his career at North Tyneside General Hospital and then worked in a private clinic in Gosforth for 4 years. As Clinic Director of physio room his aim is to provide a reliable, affordable physiotherapy service to the Whitley Bay and North Tyneside area.

Biography: Helen Mills is trained in Swedish massage and is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). She specialises in the treatment of spinal and neck conditions and works closely with our physiotherapists in the end stage rehabilitation of all musculoskeletal conditions to provide a complete package of care.
