He is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, certified in that specialty by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He has practiced full-time in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, since August 1991. Dr. Thibert currently is an active surgical staff member of the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
