Biography: Business Manager with Consultant Plastic Surgeon. He has a busy private practice and also an NHS commitment at both The Royal Orthopaedic and Queen Elizabeth University NHS Trust Birmingham. Carole first joined forces with Francis whilst they were in practice at a Cosmetic Laser care unit at The City Hospital during the late 1990's. A Cosmetic Practice was already underway at The Nuffield Hospital Edgbaston which later became The BMI Edgbaston Hospital. Operations now take place at bothThe BMI Priory and Edgbaston Hospitals. Carole manages the Business side of things, but her background skills and experience are frequently used to inform and reassure patients. The practice has grown considerably and a new Nose clinic is currently being set up for the autumn of 2014 giving a specialist service to patients.
