Biography: BDS Dr Manimalar was conferred her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) by Annamalai University, India in 2006. Her first 5 years of professional life were spent with the Ministry of Health, Malaysia. Dr Manimalar has a caring and methodical approach to dentistry, with a particular interest in Oral Surgery. She spent most of her time at Oral Surgery Departments at Putrajaya and Klang Hospitals. Her other interests are Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry which include Root Canal Treatment, Whitening, Dentures, Crown and Bridges. Dr Manimalar attends regular courses and conferences to keep up-to-date with new techniques and technology. Some of the lectures and hands-on-courses she has attended includes patient management, rotary endodontics, crown and bridges and veneers; both locally and internationally. She is very passionate about dentistry and delivers the highest standards of dental care in a friendly and welcoming environment. Her focus is in Root Canal Treatments, Cosmetic Dentistry, Surgical removal of Impacted wisdom teeth and to deliver painless dentistry. She is a member of the Malaysian Dental Association.
