About Ravat and Ray Dental Practice - Chorley
Ravat & Ray Dental Care, Burnley are currently accepting new NHS patients, you are very welcome here at Ravat &Ray
Burnley practice has been awarded BDA Good Practice Scheme Membership for standards in excellence. It is located in the heart of south-west Burnley at The Fold Centre for Integrated Health and Wellbeing off Venice Avenue.
The Fold is a brand new purpose built centre aimed at providing a wide range of healthcare services to the whole of Burnley. The dental practice is located on the first floor of the building and boasts excellent access facilities including a lift, automatic doors at the front entrance to the building. It is equipped with three state of the art surgeries and is able to offer a full range of NHS treatments and a comprehensive range of private treatments such as tooth whitening. The entire practice is fully computerised including the use of digital x-rays in surgery and is fully HTM-01-05 compliant.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To ensure we continue to offer the best service possible we would like to remind our patients that, we strive to reduce the amount of clinical time wasted and follow a very strict policy for patients who fail to attend their dental appointments or cancel their appointments within 24 hours.We operate a Zero tolerance policy for physical/verbal abuse or aggressive behaviour against any of our staff.
Patients are requested to pay charges in full prior to treatment.
The practice reserves the right to refuse to see patients who dont comply with Ravat & Ray policies
We are a dental access center but please telephone the practice for an appointment.

Biography: BDS Manc 2008 – GDC Registration Number – 150027. Following his graduation from The University of Manchester in 2008, Pouya gained experience within community dentistry; he then spent the next year undertaking surgical training in the North Manchester General Hospital providing treatments under sedation and general anaesthesia. He joined the Ravat & Ray team in 2010. He has a keen interest in Oral Surgery and cosmetic procedures, continually attending dental education courses. He feels the “Ethos” lies at the heart of a dental team and hopes your visits are comfortable and relaxing whilst being speedy and efficient. This is ever the requirement in our fast paced 21st century living! Outside work life Pouya has a keen passion for traveling, world cuisines, visual arts and sports with the odd trip to classical music concerts thrown in!

Biography: BSc (Hons) BDS Liverpool University 2012 – GDC Registration Number – 227739. She joined our Chadderton practice in 2012 having just finished studying Dentistry at Liverpool University. Prior to training as a dentist she studied at the University of Central Lancashire for three years and gained an honours degree in Medical Biology. In July 2014 she joined the team at our Chorley Practice. She has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics, including non-surgical facial aesthetic treatments, anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers.
