Biography: Director & Consultant in Pain Mangement RELIV PAIN CENTER; MD, FRCA (UK) FFPMRCA (UK) FCARCSI (Ire) Dr. Vishwanath Siddaligaiah is an experienced Anaesthetist with special interest in pain management. He is experienced in Acute pain, Chronic Pain and cancer pain management. Prior to his return to India he has worked as Consultant in Pain Management in a Tertiary care centre (Russell's Hall Hospital) in the UK. He is certified as an expert in Pain Management by Royal College of Anaesthetists in London and has been awarded FFPMRCA in 2011 (Fellow of the Faculty of Pain Medicine of the Royal College of Anaesthetists).He is expert in various interventions (X-ray guided) i.e. Facet joint injections, Medial branch blocks, Transforaminal epidurals, Dorsal root ganglion blocks, Nerve root blocks, Joint injections, Sympathetic blocks. He specialises in Ultrasound guided procedures, Radiofrequency & Pulsed Radiofrequency procedures, Neuromodulation (Spinal Cord Stimulation) and Intrathecal Pump Implantation.. He had the unique opportunity to train in Anaesthesia and Pain management in some of the best training centres in United Kingdom.He graduated from Bangalore Medical College in 1995 and completed his post-graduation in 2001 (MD-Anaesthesia) from Ahmadabad. Following this he also acquired higher training in Anaesthesia and Pain Management. He has worked with world renowned experts acquiring immense knowledge. Biography: Dr. Nitish Mandal is an experienced anesthesiologist with an intense desire to become a successful pain management specialist. He dreams of bringing the much needed pain management services to our community.Dr. Nitish holds MBBS degree from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. He has successfully completed postgraduate training in anesthesiology and has been awarded Doctor of Medicine degree from Gujarath University. After completing his post-graduation he has served as a Consultant in Anesthesiology in St. Johns Medical College. After this stint, he has served as Assistant Professor in Saphthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences in Bangalore where he was involved in research and medical student and postgraduate training. Dr. Nitish has also worked in Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital in Maldives. During his career he has developed keen interest in the discipline of pain management and has taken a major decision to give up lucrative job opportunities to seek further training in that field. This desire has lead him to complete a fellowship training in pain management from Daradia – The Pain Clinic, in Calcutta. Dr. Nitish has then accepted a coveted position in Fortis hospital, Bangalore, as a specialist in the field of Pain Management and Anesthesia. Since January 2014 he is working as a Associate Consultant in Pain Management at RELIV Center for Chronic Pain Management.He is very passionate about helping patients in getting a pain free quality life. He is a young, bright doctor brimming with ideas and will certainly enrich this field with his active involvement and complete dedication to this medial discipline.

He is a fellowship trained board certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Medicine Specialist who has been in active pain practice for the past 10 years. Dr. Yelameli completed his medical education from Mysore Medical College in India and moved to US in 1999. He then completed one year's training in surgery followed by three years' residency in anesthesiology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York. Followed by this he underwent rigorous interventional pain medicine fellowship training at St. Luke - Roosevelt Hospital Center, Columbia University, an Ivy League University in New York. He then served with the Veterans Affairs Hospitals in Illinois and Nashville/Murfreesboro campuses where he introduced advanced pain procedures for the first time. Dr. Yelameli is presently affiliated with Williamson Medical Center, Brentwood, Tennessee, USA and Tennessee Valley healthcare System (VA) where he holds surgical privileges for placement of spinal cord stimulator implants. Dr. Yelameli has presented papers and given educational talks about pain management. He is an active member of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP), World Institute of Pain (WIP), International Association for Study of Pain (IASP) and North Americal Neuromodulation Society (NANS)
