Biography: Dr. Ankur Vats is one of the Principle dentist of Roots and Crown microDENTISTry. He completed his graduation in dentistry in 2006 and worked as a House-Surgeon in Indira Gandhi Dental College, Shimla. He did his post-graduation specialisation in root canal treatment, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He was an Associate Professor in Bhojia Dental College, Baddi (H.P.) and one of the Principle dentists in Dr Vats dental clinic, Kharar (Punjab) since 2012. He left his job in 2017 to become a full-time practitioner and in 2018 he relocated his practice and renamed it as Roots and Crown. He is a consultant root canal specialist in many reputed dental clinics in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.Dr Ankur Vats is associated as Key Opinion Leader with well renowned international brands like Coltene and Labomed. “The eyes can’t see, what the mind doesn’t know”. Dr Ankur is a firm believer of continuing education and his quest for more knowledge drives him to attend various speciality courses. He likes to keep himself updated about latest materials, techniques and technologies in dentistry. His team also believe in the same and regularly attends different courses and training to keep them updated with the latest advances in dentistry. He is trained in using Dental Operating Microscope. Dr Ankur Vats has gained experience in all the fields of dentistry through years of dental practice. Biography: Dr. Anjali S Vats earned her graduation degree in dentistry as a top scholar in 2008 and was awarded Colgate Scholarship for the same. She did her post-graduation specialisation in root canal treatment, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. She had worked as Assistant Professor in Bhojia Dental College, Baddi (H.P.) and as Associate Professor in Mansarovar Dental College, Bhopal (M.P.). She was practicing in the evenings as one of the principle dentist at Dr Vats dental clinic, Kharar (Punjab) since 2012. Dr Anjali left her job in 2016 to become a full-time practitioner. She was a consultant in some reputed dental clinics in Mohali.Dr Anjali specialises in wide range of services like tooth coloured fillings, microscope assisted root canal and re-root canal treatment, crown, bridge and veneers, smile designing, management of broken tooth, to name a few. She is trained in working with Dental Operating Microscope. She particularly loves treating kids as she enjoys spending time with kiddos and loves to listen to all the queries of curious tiny tots.
