Today it is run by him and Dr. Akash Chakravarthy, M.D.S Oral Surgery and is a leading superspeciality dental clinic and implant centre. With an infrastructural design that reflects that reflects the commitment to our work, each clinic has been compartmentalized for efficient management of patients. The front office or the reception compromises of a spacious design where patients can comfortably wait till their turn arrives. LCD units have been installed in this area that run a number of educational videos regarding dental procedures and oral care. Along with this an ample amount of educational and recreational reading material has also been provided. An outdoor lounge area with Wifi access permits patients to work as they await their turn. For children, there is a toddler zone where they can utilize their waiting period playing or reading books. The second unit consists of an exclusive consultation room where patients can elucidate their symptoms and address their concern and queries to the doctor. This helps us chart out individual treatment plans for each patient depending on their needs and financial capability. A detailed explanation is provided regarding the plan, inclusive of any risks involved before the commencement of the treatment.  The third unit or the treatment chamber, is the crowning jewel of Saritha Dental Clinic. Using only state of the art equipment we undertake a plethora of processes ranging from simple restoration to complex implant and maxillofacial restorative procedures. An optimum staff to patient ratio enables us to deliver timely treatment to all our patients. Before commencement of their duties, all staff is trained in house in good general hospitality, proper patient management, instrument handling and sterilization, waste disposal and maintenance of personal and general hygiene. With seminars and training sessions being conducted at regular intervals, all personnel is kept up to date with latest developments in the field while upgrading their clinical skills. An assistant Nurse is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support and Dental Sedation and is responsible for insertion of IV lines and assessment of patients under sedation. Emergency medication and equipment for resuscitation is always primed to stabilize a susceptible patient before transferring to nearest hospital.
