Dr Tay is an experienced ophthalmologist who is Fellowship trained in Refractive Surgery (Gimbel Eye Centre) and Oculoplastic (Eyebag & Eyelid) Surgery (Moorfields Eye Hospital). He has special interests in all aspects of refractive surgery (or laser vision correction), advanced cataract surgery and the treatment of dry eyes, contact lens problems and allergic eye diseases. Dr Eugene Tay is one of the few eye surgeons in Singapore who is trained in the latest refractive surgery technique, ReLEx® SMILE (Refractive Lenticule Extraction, Small Incision Lenticule Extraction). He also specialises in the management of glaucoma, retinal diseases, general ophthalmology and oculoplastic (eyebag and eyelid) surgery.

Dr Han embraces judicious use of meaningful technologies in eyecare. She is skilled in an extensive range of subspecialty cataract, lens implant and refractive procedures. She is a certified surgeon for Humanoptics artificial iris, trained by USA’s FDA investigator. She was previously Consultant Ophthalmologist at SNEC Cataract and Comprehensive Ophthalmology and Refractive Surgery Departments, and Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS.
