His skills in pain management & relief led him to achieve a commendation of excellence in Emergency Dentistry. Amit has a natural ability to make nervous patients feel at ease, particular children. This ability, combined with his practical skills led Amit to achieve further commendations in Oral surgery and periodontology (gum treatment), such treatments that can be challenging for nervous patients. He is able to offer sedation to patients who are extremely anxious about dental treatment.After graduating from the renowned Guy’s, King’s & St Thomas’ School of Medicine & Dentistry in 2004, his commitment to excellent patient care has led him to undertake continuing professional development. He completed his Vocational training in 2005. He now himself has been involved with Health Education England in the training newly qualified dentists.Amit has had the privilege to be under the tutelage of the renowned Dr Stan Kogon, Dean of the University Western Ontario Canada. He has also trained with Dr Dudley Glick, of the Weichman Endodontic clinic at UCLA and Dr Georges Zaugg, the well renowned Swiss Orthodontist.Amit’s post graduate training has taken him into the field of orthodontics and he is a Clear aligner and Inman aligner orthodontic practitioner. He provides the amazing new invisible braces in order to straighten adult’s teeth discreetly. Amit’s special interests include cosmetic fillings and crowns. Amit is also a Zoom! Tooth Laser whitening practitioner. This technology is currently the No.1 tooth whitening system in the U.S. and is used on TV’s Extreme Make-over programme.His practice has been awarded membership to the British Dental Association Good Practice Scheme.
