Dr Bhavlene Panesar

Biography: M.D. started her post secondary education with a Bachelor of Medical Sciences at the University of Alberta. She then went on to receive her Medical Degree and subsequent LMCC with the University of Alberta. While her love of conventional medicine remains, Dr. Panesar has always been interested in a proactive approach to health and wellness. She regularly encourages patients to participate in a healthy lifestyle along with any medical therapeutics. In 1997 she completed that Medical Acupuncture Certificate under the guidance of Dr. Steven Aung. She continues to practice Medical Acupuncture as as adjunct to her regular family practice. She began using injectable therapies for skin rejuvenation in 2001 and is a member of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine.
