Biography: A physiotherapist's role is to facilitate healing and prevent chronicity. In other words, help get you back to full fitness and stop injuries recurring. At Spires Physiotherapy we achieve this through detailed assessment of your body and analysis of your movement, before providing treatment and a tailored exercise programme suited to you and your goals.Our head physiotherapist is Joseph Korge with over ten years experience working with elite athletes, within private clinics and NHS settings. His specialist areas include sports rehabilitation, biomechanics assessment, mental health and exercise physiology. Joseph splits his time between Oxford Health NHS Trust and Spires Physiotherapy, while also studying for a masters degree in research at Oxford University. Outside of work, he enjoys music, reading and a range of sports including football and golf.
