He is a member of the Aesthetic Dentistry Society of Singapore (ADSS) and a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). He is well known among his peers as a successful practitioner who is able to merge both the Science and Art of dentistry together. A graduate of the National University of Singapore, Dr Seah went on to become one of the few dental surgeons in Singapore to have both the Australian and United Kingdom postgraduate degrees.As a certified dental implantologist, Dr Seah helps his patients achieve beautiful smiles they never thought were possible. Her interest in wanting to know more about gum disease and childrens dentistry prodded her to further her studies at University of Melbourne for two years. Studying and treating children and adults from all walks of life in Australia has given her a broad base of experience and much confidence as a therapist. In fact, Ms Norah is one of the elite handful of graduate oral health therapists in Singapore.Ms Norah believes that dental phobia could be eliminated if the children are given the opportunity to experience the dental environment in a positive way at a very young age.
