Dr Bruce Lee

Biography: Dr. Bruce Lee completed his BDS degree at the National University of Singapore in 1997. He was awarded the prestigious Drs Tay & Partners Gold Medal for his outstanding academic and clinical performance, and also won recognition as the “Best All-Round” Final Year Student in the Faculty of Dentistry.Dr Lee received training in Advanced Implant Surgery and Prosthodontics at the University of Toronto and the Loma Linda University in Southern California. He continues to upgrade his skills by learning from world-renowned experts in the field of Aesthetic Dentistry and by attending overseas courses and conferences.He is Vice-President and a founding member of the Aesthetic Dentistry Society of Singapore (ADSS) as well as a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). He is also Chairman of the Singapore Academy of Oral Rehabilitation and Implantology (SAORI). Dr. Lee has special interests in Aesthetic and Implant Aesthetic Dentistry. Motivated by a passion to share his experiences in these fields, Dr Lee took on the position of Course Director at the International Dental Academy in addition to his clinical work. He regularly conducts lectures and hands-on training courses in Singapore and overseas. Dr Lee’s articles have been accepted for publications in several professional journals.He provides further insights into Aesthetic Dentistry as a speaker at events such as the annual Aesthetic Forum organised by the Aesthetic Dentistry Society Singapore. Dr Lee was an invited presenter at this forum in 2008 and 2009.and also accepted an invitation to speak at the ‘6th Asian Academy of Prosthodontics’ held in Seoul, Korea in April 2009.A founding member of Dentsply Academy (Singapore), set up to provide comprehensive continuing education for dentists, Dr Lee is also the dental company’s ‘Key Opinion Leader’ for Singapore. His other educational roles include heading the Singapore Academy of Oral Rehabilitation and Implantology (SAORI), a study club for dentists based in Singapore and overseas to share and learn from each other.Dr. Lee started private practice in 2001. He was the Principal and Founding Partner of a group dental practice, called ‘Smileworks’, in Orchard Road. He moved on to become the Clinical Director at T32 Dental Centre in 2007. As part of the T32 Network, he works closely with experienced and motivated clinicians to establish another boutique dental group, ‘The Dental Pearl’ that aims to bring the best dentistry has to offer closer to the general population.
Dr Shou King Chin

Biography: Dr. Chin graduated from the National University of Singapore, Faculty of Dentistry, after winning two scholarships from Singapore Press Holdings. He served his bond as a Dental Officer in the Ministry of Health under the National Healthcare Group. Dr Chin eventually became the Head of Dental Services at one of NHGs Polyclinics and also held the portfolio of Assistant Head of Manpower.Dr. Chin is a member of the Aesthetic Dentistry Society of Singapore, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Singapore Dental Association and the Old Rafflesians Association. He serves as the Honorary Treasurer of the Aesthetic Dentistry Society Singapore and is founder and Director of Treat My Teeth, an interactive online dental website that provides answers to dental related questions.He has conducted public outreach programmes by giving public health and career guidance talks at the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics, Singapore Expo, National University Hospital, Singapore Turf Club, Singapore Civil Defence Force and Raffles Junior College. Dr. Chin practices General Dentistry with a keen interest in Implant, Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Chin also enjoys and is proficient at treating and managing children, having spent one and a half years at the National University Hospital Dental Centre seeing patients on the Paediatric Dentistry waiting list. Dr. Chin also has a special interest in dental phobias and is adept at managing fearful patients and making them feel at ease during treatment. Dr. Chin is the Director of T32 Junior, the newly opened Paediatric Dentistry Division of T32 Dental Centre and also serves as Marketing Director of T32 Corporate.
Dr Sian Jenkin

Biography: Dr Jenkin is a British-trained dentist with 10 years of postgraduate hospital experience in various specialities in the UK, some in recognized, accredited Royal College training posts and relocated to Singapore in 1997.She is a Fellow in Dental Surgery of The Royal College of Surgeons of England and underwent specific hospital training in specialist areas, namely, oral surgery (wisdom tooth surgery), oral medicine (soft tissue surgery) as well as periodontics (gum and supporting bone disease) and has a special interest in these fields.Dr Jenkin has been practising now in Singapore for the past 12 years and works with dentists who have had overseas post-graduate training in complementary areas to her own in order to provide the best advice and highest level of total dental care possible for every patient.At T32 Dental Centre, Dr. Jenkin sees and treats expatriate and local patients of all ages with a gentle conservative approach and carries out all basic and preventative dental procedures as well as oral surgery, periodontics and teeth whitening. She also has a special interest in treating dentally phobic patients of any age and has developed a treatment method where patients can relax and watch and listen to an age appropriate movie during their treatment procedures.
