Biography: Amanda Baldwin RGN, INP has over 28 years experience in clinical nursing primarily spent as an operating theatre sister in the NHS in disciplines such as upper gastro-intestinal and colorectal surgery, and has gained additional qualifications in Anaesthetics and teaching and assessing in clinical practice.Amanda trained in the use of [Treatment name removed] ([Treatment name removed]®) and Dermal Fillers in 2007 with Dr Xavier Goodarzian at the HB Clinic in Harley Street, London. Since qualifying Amanda has gone on to do numerous advanced training courses in this field of practice to enhance her expertise in chemical skin peels, dermatology and advanced [Treatment name removed]® procedures including the treatment of hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating).Keeping in line with legislation changes, Amanda successfully completed the Independent Nurse Prescribing programme at de-Montfort University, Leicester in April 2009 and is now registered as an Independent nurse Prescriber (INP).Not content with sticking with the status-quo, she continuously strives to update her skills and personal professional development to enable her to deliver safe and effective treatments to her clients, who return to her time after time.Amanda will never be offended if asked to provide evidence of her qualifications and in fact actively encourages her prospective clients to do so when seeking treatments.Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, Amanda is also a member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN) and the British Association of Nurse Prescribers (BANP).In 2010 Amanda successfully completed her Colonic Hydrotherapy training with the highly accredited Galina Imrie at the Chi Centre in Berkshire.
