He performs frequent surgical operations (mainly cataract, with some glaucoma/squint/ptosis). Biography: NeurologistDr Mort has been a Consultant Neurologist since 2007 and has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of all major adult general neurological conditions. His aim is always to provide a clear understanding to patients of what they have wrong with them and how it can be treated. His neurological expertise is used to address the effects of strokes, peripheral nerve diseases, epilepsy, dementia, multiple sclerosis and acute persistent headaches and neuro-ophthalmology.Dr Mort qualified as a doctor with honors in 1993, having read medicine at Oxford University and the Medical College of St Bartholomews Hospital. As a junior doctor he worked at teaching hospitals across London in the main acute medical specialties. He then undertook a substantial period of research for his doctoral thesis at Imperial College before undertaking specialist training in Neurology in the London Deanery. He has contributed widely to neurological research and has also won awards for his lectures and teaching for both medical students and junior doctors.

She is also a qualified health and wellness coach with a strong track record of working with individuals and teams, helping her clients achieve their health and wellbeing goals. She is passionate about helping people take more responsibility in their own health and wellbeing. She is trained to deliver mindfulness based stress reduction coaching and courses.
