Biography: Born in Belgium in 1969 Jemappes. Primary and secondary school finished in Istanbul. After graduating from high school in 1987 Cavusoglu same year he won the Ege University Faculty of Medicine. After graduating in 1993 t Erzincan compulsory service 's Raisin in the district he was completed. Year compulsory service in the district hospitals and district health groups found the head doctor of service. In 1997, began his aesthetic and plastic surgery residency. He worked in the field of experimental microsurgery in 2001-2002. Mikrocerah completing his thesis in 2003, has been specialized in the field.
