About Viney Hall Physiotherapy
Viney Hill in Gloucestershire is the location of this physiotherapy clinic and rehabilitation centre where high quality services are provided for patients with painful musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and sports injuries by a team of chartered physiotherapists and alternative healthcare therapists in a friendly and caring environment. The team also offers physiotherapy services for well- known local hospitals. Services provided include manual physiotherapy, electrotherapy, injection therapy, sports injury rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, occupational therapy, reflex therapy, Pilates, chiropody and podiatry, Yoga, acupuncture, counselling, allergy therapy and therapeutic massage including soft tissue massage.

Biography: Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates InstructorGrad.Dip.Phys., MCSP, Dip. Inject Ther, APPIPip qualified in 1982 at the Royal London Hospital and after gaining experience in several London hospitals and private practices she moved to the Forest of Dean in 1991. Initially practising from home she started the Viney Hall practice in 1996. She has completed many post-graduate courses including gaining a Diploma in Injection Therapy in 1999 and in 2002 qualified as a Modified Pilates Teacher through the Austrailian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). She has run Pilates classes since then.

Biography: Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates InstructorBSc(Hons), MSc, MCSP, Dip. Inject Ther.Mel joined the Viney Hall team in 2012 as a physiotherapist and modified pilates instructor. After qualifying in 1992 at Nottinhgam University she gained extensive experience working in large teaching hospitals in Nottinham, Cambridge and New Zealand. Both personally and professionally she is a sports enthusiast which led her to complete a Masters degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise at Nottingham University in 1999. She has worked and travelled with the GB canoe slalom squad, Nottinhgam Rubgy Club (when Lydney were their rivals) and Derby County Cricket Club.

Biography: Katy qualified as a physiotherapist from Cardiff University in 2009. She has been employed as a physiotherapist within the Aneurin Bevan Health board and at Chepstow Hospital. Katy trained as a pilates instructor with the APPI throughout 2011 and taught at Viney Hall Physiotherapy. She left to have her first baby, and has now had a second. She returns with the increased maturity of a mother to teach classes in September 2014.
