Dr James Kim

Biography: South Africa where he finished medical school and training, then moved to Alberta in 2009. He holds post-graduate diploma in diabetes, and enjoys dealing with complex diabetic patients. He also injects dermal filler for Chronic Migraine and Axillary Hyperhidrosis. He is part of Family Physicians with Special Interest in Respirology Medicine and enjoys Spirometry Interpretation. He works in numerous ER’s across Alberta when available. When he is not working, he loves playing tennis and spending time with his family.

Biography: Graduated from Makerere university in 1994 in Uganda and practiced in South Africa for 11 years before immigrating to Canada where he has practiced as a family physician since 2007. He has a passion for the full scope of family medicine (infant to the elderly). His experience has includes hospital management, Family medicine post graduate training and emergency medicine.

Biography: Graduated, along with Dr Kim, from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa in 2006. Originally from Mauritius, he lived and worked in South Africa before moving to Alberta in 2011. Being close to the Rockies, is a delight to him. Also fluent in French, he enjoys the opportunity to help out the french speaking patients whenever possible.
