Biography: With a special interest in the treatment of back and neck conditions I have over 20 years experience in this field. As a keen amateur sportsman, enjoying tennis and cycling on a regular basis I know how important it is to feel in good shape and that when things go wrong you want to be back to full function as quickly as possible. My ethos is all about helping you help yourself and for this reason I like to include into my treatment approach advice about good exercise, sleep and dietary habits that will improve your overall health and speed up your healing.
