Dr Winston Tan Kwong Shen

Biography: Dr Winston Tan received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1992 and Masters of Dental Surgery in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) in 1997, both from the National University of Singapore. He served as assistant professor in the Department of OMS from 1997 to 2003. In addition, he is also a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. Dr Tan is a renowned speaker in regional and international circles and has conducted numerous workshops on dental implants and OMS. His special interests are diverse and include dental implants, facial reconstruction and orthognathic surgery.

Dr Rashmi Yash Paul

Biography: Dr Rashmi Yash Paul graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2003. At NUS, her academic achievements include the Tay and Partners gold medal for best all-round final year student award and the Dr Loh Fun Chee gold medal for the best student in clinical dentistry. She also received the first prize in her final year project and was on the dean’s list. Prior to joining Winston OMP, she was working at the Oral Maxilofacial Practice from 2012 to 2016. Dr Rashmi is a mother of two highly spirited children, but she also finds time to volunteer her time and professional skills to worthy causes such as the Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home, Jurong MINDS Special School, and medical/dental missions Madagascar, Karimun and Bintan.

Dr Tsumain Tan Tsieu Fyien

Biography: Dr Tsumain Tan Tsieu Fyien graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Dental surgery in 2000. She received several academic awards during her undergraduate years including dean’s list, the Tay and Partners gold medal for best all-round final year student and Dr Loh Fun Chee gold medal for the best student in clinical dentistry in the final bachelor of dental surgery professional examination. She was also given a sponsorship by GC Asia Dental Pte Ltd for a student exchange programme to the University of Melbourne in 1999. She worked at the National Dental Centre upon graduation and was head of the dental clinic at the Bukit Batok Polyclinic from 2002 to 2003. She left for private practice in 2005.
