Biography: Dr Holloran MBCHB MRCGP is a highly experienced GP who has been practicing medicine for over 20 years since qualifying in 1995 at University of Wales College of Medicine. As a GP, she focussed much of her work in areas of deprivation which led her into specialising in psychiatry and prison medicine. It was whilst working in these challenging environments that Dr Holloran first developed an interest in dermatology and scar reduction therapies and was moved to look for solutions to the visible scars, which many of her patients suffered as a result of trauma and self-harm. A career in aesthetic medicine has been a natural progression for Dr Holloran who regards this as an area of practice which can contribute to the overall wellbeing of those seeking treatment. She is also expertly placed to provide additional care and advice and firmly believes that physical and mental good health are essential to ensuring the best aesthetic outcome. Her calm and capable manner and attention to detail, as well as her undoubted professionalism and expertise in this field, are the qualities which inspire the trust and satisfaction of her patients.

Biography: Dr. Farshid Shoja-Assadi graduated from Birmingham University in 1995 and proceeded to complete his vocational training the following year in general practice. He practiced as an associate whilst obtaining his MFGDP qualification. He then graduated in 2002 where he began a five year MSc in General Dental Practice in Birmingham University from which he graduated in 2007. Dr. Farshid Shoja-Assadi has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, a rewarding factor is being the creator of a new smile, and being part of his patients’ journey and watching their confidence and self-esteem grow. He has attended extensive courses in aesthetic dentistry to compliment his clinical practice. Courses include: Lumineers, advanced restorative dentistry, Orthodontics, Implantology and facial rejuvenation. Dr F Shoja-Assadi is also very keen on maintaining routine dental health; he believes the old fashioned value of preventative care is far better than a cure. Patients of Dr Shoja-Assadi’s Clinic are encouraged to attend 6 monthly dental dental-reviews.

Biography: As Yugen’s Treatment Coordinator, Summiyah combines both her dental nursing qualifications and passion for aesthetics, to offer a highly personal service. As your first point of call when visiting Yugen, Summiyah will make you feel at ease throughout your treatment program by offering a dedicated one-to-one service. Having studied Dental Nursing and gained her Dental Nursing Diploma, Summiyah started off working for the NHS before moving to the private sector to further her training. During this time, she focused on oral surgery nursing within a dental implant clinic. The results Summiyah helped her patients achieve inspired her to pursue a career focusing on aesthetics. Since Summiyah joined the clinic last year, she has been an integral part of our patients’ journey since day one. Whether it’s on the phone or in our clinic, she’s always on hand to listen, advise and help you achieve the results you want.
