Biography: Dr. Kamil Al Rustom .   Here, at DR KAMIL AL RUSTOM SKIN & LASER CENTRE, we believe that our success comes from our relentless focus and unyielding dedication to delivering exceptional quality in care for our patients. Simply, you can TRUST OUR TRADITION OF QUALITY and with us you can ALWAYS BE WITH THE BEST! He has specialized in the University of Liege, Belgium in Dermatology, Venereology and Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Al Rustom was working as a full time Resident at Baviere Hospital, Department of Dermatology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Liege, Belgium from 1980 to 1984.Then, he continued his extensive clinical activity (O.P.D., In-Patient, Theatre ROOM, Heliotherapy, Lasertherapy, etc.) and participated in clinical training courses in Dermatology for medical students (teaching position) and in the post-graduate teaching program for General Practitioners (teaching position). He also participated in the research program of the Department of Dermatology and parallel personal clinical and experimental researches at the Faculty of Medicine. From 1984 to 1987: Dr. Al Rustom practiced at a full consultant level at the University Hospitals (Baviera Hospital, and CHU du Sart Tilman) Department of Dermatology, Faculty of medicine, University of Liege. He practiced extensive clinical activities (OPD, In-Patient, theatre ROOM, etc.) and participated in clinical training courses in Dermatology, Dermatopathology and Dermatosurgery for the other resident doctors in Dermatology (teaching position) as well as in the post-graduate teaching program for General Practitioners and Dermatologists (teaching position). From 1988 to 2003: Dr. Al Rustom was appointed as a Consultant and Head of the Department of Dermatology at Al Zahra (Pvt.) Hospital, Sharjah, and Al Zahra (Pvt.) Medical Centre, Dubai, UAE. He practicesd extensive OPD activity and he was in-charge of PUVA therapy and narrow band UVB units. His surgical activity included excision of skin tumors, dermabrasion, hair transplantation, varicose veins surgery, liposuction, etc. Additionally, he was in-charge of the skin laser therapy unit.
