Biography: He studied medicine at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), he graduated in 1995. He obtained the specialty of Surgeon General Military Hospital Ramon de Lara FAD, and the Military Hospital "Dr. Carlos Arvelo "(Caracas, Venezuela) won the title of Surgeon Plastic, Reconstructive, Aesthetic and Maxillofacial.
