About The Dental Plan Costa Rica
The Dental Plan Costa Rica is located in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. It's a 20 minute drive from the Liberia International Airport (LIR).
The dentist, Dr. Silvia Morales is speaks both English and Spanish fluently, and studied in the US. Dr. Richard Levy is the owner. He held two orthodontic practices in Washington DC for 25 years before moving to Costa Rica.
We are fully set up for all dental procedures. We have a boutique hotel on site, please contact us for special Dental Plan rates. We are a short walk to grocery store and the beach.

Biography: Dr. Silvia Morales graduated from The Latin University of Costa Rica in May, 2008. The Latin University was the first university in in the country to obtain an international accreditation of excellence. Dr. Morales graduated with a specialty in pediatric dentistry and management of patients with disabilities. Additionally, she also has experience working with geriatric patients and in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Morales practices in Liberia as well as here in Playa Hermosa. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Biography: Dr. Richard Levy, a consultant to The Dental Plan, practiced orthodontics for twenty-five years in Washington, DC. He has lectured worldwide and has written dozens of articles on the topics of dentistry and orthodontics. He has received numerous awards, most recently the Special Recogniton Award by the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists in Novemeber, 2009 where he served as editor and founder of the MASO Journal.
