Biography: LASIK/Cornea Consultant/Medical DirectorMBBS, MSC in OphthalmologyDr. Yogesh completed his MBBS and MS from Agra University, India, in 1993. He has over 24 years of experience in Ophthalmology under his belt and specializes in Cornea, Cataract and Refractive surgery. During his practice, he had trained more than a hundred Ophthalmologists in LASIK and Phacoemulsification from across the world. He has done more than 10000 cases of Lasik, including complex errors like high myopic and mixed Astigmatism, and more than 2000 cases of Phacoemulsification surgeries. He has also done more than 100 implantations of Phakic lenses(ICL) for very high refractive errors. He has a vast experience in treating corneal diseases such as Keratoconus, Corneal Ulcers, Viral and unspecified Keratitis, and corneal injuries. He has to his credit more than 60 eyes of Corneal Collagen Crosslinking(C3R/UVX) treatments for Keratoconus.He is a registered user of STAAR ICL (Phakic lens) for correction of cases of very high Myopia (short sightedness). He has implanted these lenses in more than 100 eyes successfully. He has also been the adviser for Biotech Vision Care Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad and has been instrumental in designing and doing the trials for a Phakic Lens which is now commercially available in India. He is a member of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, All India Ophthalmological Society, the Uttar Pradesh Ophthalmological Society, the Gujarat Ophthalmological Society and the Ahmedabad Ophthalmological Society, of which he also was the treasurer in 2013-2014. He has actively participated in many Indian and international conferences. He has been a part of the faculty in the Gujarat state and Ahmedabad Ophthalmological society organized conferences as well as those by the prestigious eye care institutions like Dr. P.N. Nagpal’s Retina Foundation.He has worked as LASIK Surgeon in UAE with NMC hospital between 2014- 2016. With a passion towards establishing a state of the art eye care service, Dr. Yogesh has joined the Yateem Eye Center team as the Medical Director in 2016. He is instrumental in the establishment of the facility and is keen on making the facility, a forerunner of its kind in the UAE market.

Biography: Vireo retinal SurgeonDr. Satyam completed his Diplomate in National Board from Narayana Nethrayala Eye Hospital and Post Graduate Institute in 2008 under Ministry of Health, New Delhi and went on to finish Vitreo Retina fellowship under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences 2010 from the same institute.Dr. Satyam has varied interests in the following subspecialties: Vitro Retina, Uvea, AMRD, Diabetic related retinal complications, Retinal Vein Occlusions, Neuro-Ophthalmology, and Glaucoma.He worked as a senior Vitreo Retina surgeon at Win Vision Eye Hospital, Hyderabad India since 2016 February.
