Biography: Dr. Andreas Azarko graduated from the University of Alberta in 1990 after earning his Bachelor of Science degree and Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the age of 21. Over the years, Dr. Azarko has enjoyed being a part-time Clinical Teaching Instructor in the Facutly of Medicine & Dentistry and has served as the President and Secretary of the Edmonton Society for Periodontal Studies. Clinical areas of interest have been in the rapidly advancing fields of cosmetic, micro and laser dentistry, with a special passion for Invisalign clear orthodontic treatment. Having successfully treated upwards of 140 Invisalign cases over the last several years, clear orthodontic treatment without braces has become Dr. Azarkos primary focus in dental practice. Most recently, Andreas obtained certification in general dentist comprehensive orthodontic treatment from the Faculte for Orthodontic Research & Continuing Education and continues to limit his practice of general dentistry to orthodontic treatment.

Biography: Dr. Enrico (Rico) Azarko is a graduate of the University of Alberta, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree with Distinction in 1977 and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1979. Dr. Azarko, at the young age of 23, along with Dr. U. Zuch, co-founded our dental clinic at its present location in 1979.Dr. Azarko has a diversified interest in dentistry performing a wide range of dental procedures including surgery, root canal therapy, and the latest in cosmetic dentistry techniques. Continuing dental education has always been a great fascination and passion for Dr. Azarko as it is for all the dentists working in our clinic. Courses are taken throughout North America and Dr. Azarko also belongs to two local Edmonton study groups.In 1980, Dr. Azarko incorporated a subsidiary side to our dental practice, namely an Emergency Dental Clinic. This has required coordination of extra staff and associate dentists, but it has given the Edmonton community the ability to receive prompt emergency treatment when required. The office is open seven days a week for this purpose.
