Biography: Lorna Hetherington - Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist, LSSM (Dip), MISRMLorna qualified at the renowned London School of Sports Massage. She uses a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage, to break down scar tissue and knots, release chronic tension and lengthen muscles. As well as enhancing your sporting performance, sports and remedial massage is also excellent if you are recovering from an injury or operation, suffering from occupational or postural stress and as a preventative measure to keep you feeling loose and relaxed. In addition to this, she holds qualifications in pregnancy massage, medical acupuncture and lymphatic drainage massage. Lorna was selected to provide sports massage to the athletes at London 2012 Paralympic Games. Mrs Sarah van der Riet

Biography: Sarah graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2004 and has subsequently worked in private practice in South Africa and the UK. She completed her MSc in Sports & Performance Physiotherapy at King's College London in 2010. Shortly after completing her studies, she took up a position at the English National Ballet School and the Central School of Ballet. Through her work with elite dancers Sarah has developed an interest in lower limb conditions and hypermobility. She believes in an integrated approach to physiotherapy treatment and is passionate about helping people to achieve their full potential, no matter what their activity levels are. Sarah has a keen interest in rehabilitation and is a qualified matwork and equipment Pilates instructor. Sarah is trained in Women's Health physiotherapy for ante/post natal and gynaecological issues. She also believes in the power of education and has previously led courses to train Physiotherapists how to teach Pilates, and currently teaches Anatomy to dancers.
