Biography: Dr. John Hubbard received his B.Sc. in Anatomy from the University of Saskatchewan and continued his studies graduating with his D.M.D from the College of Dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan in 1998. After a short work term in Drayton Valley, Alberta, he moved to Calgary in 2000. It was in the fall of 2000 that Drs. Chotowetz and Hubbard opened Summit Dental with the hopes of providing comprehensive family dental care in a professional and compassionate environment.He currently is a member in good standing with the Calgary District Dental Society, Alberta Dental Association and College, the Canadian Dental Association, the FDI World Dental Federation and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Hubbard is working toward his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. "Fellowship in the AGD has evolved today into the most recognizable designation within the dental profession of commitment to continuing education, and it serves as a model by which to measure professional excellence." He is currently serving on the executive of the Western Canada Dental Society, a nonprofit charitable organization that uses its annual Seminar and Curling Bonspiel to raise money which provides scholarships and bursaries to dental students in the four western provinces.

Biography: Dr. Kelly Chotowetz graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1998, with Great Distinction. He was awarded the College of Dentistry Gold Medal for the highest clinical and academic performance.Currently, Dr. Chotowetz is a member of the Alberta Dental Association and College, the Canadian Dental Association, the FDI World Dental Federation, the Calgary and District Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Academy for Sports Dentistry. He has a strong belief in achieving excellence through continued education. This is represented in his relentless reading of peer reviewed dental journals and attendance at a multitude of advanced dental education seminars throughout the world.Dr. Chotowetz opened Summit Dental with Dr. Hubbard in 2000 after practicing in his home community of Kindersley, Saskatchewan. Calgary has provided an abundance of diverse needs of general dentistry in his present and growing patient base. It is this wide scope of needs that has made his practice so enjoyable.

Biography: Dr. Rebecca Hennebery grew up in southwest Calgary and graduated from St. Marys High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Biology from the University of Calgary. After working in the dental field for one year, she returned to university to pursue her education in dentistry. She graduated from Dalhousie University with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She practices all areas of family dentistry, with particular interest in implant dentistry. She is currently a member of the Calgary District Dental Society, Alberta Dental Association and College, and the Canadian Dental Association.
