Biography: Ben qualified from Bristol University in June 1997. Since then he has worked at practices in Bishops Waltham and Cosham. He opened his practice in September 2000.Ben has carried out extensive post-graduate training in orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and dental implants. He has trained with some of the world’s leading experts in their field, including Dr Hilt Tatum and Dr Skip Truitt.Ben is a full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the ADI (Association of Dental Implantology)

Biography: Heidi joined White in September 2001 as a trainee nurse. She qualified as a dental nurse in November 2003. She has undertaken many courses in nursing from patient care to dental implants. Heidi is also our practice co-ordinator which means that she is in charge of the daily management of the practice.

Biography: When I first started working here I didnt imagine for one minute there would be such closeness and togetherness. We have become such a close-knit family. Thats why, over the years, we have become a successful practice. In fact most of our patients say its like coming to see friends and very often come early for a cup of tea and a chat. We have had lots of success with nervous patients who say visiting us has become a pleasant day out for them.Positive feedback is regularly passed around our team, which is great for morale. It is a happy place to be - everyone works hard and pulls together. I always know that I can rely on receiving help from our team; I only have to ask – and sometimes I dont even have to do that; its there before the words are spoken.Lisa qualified as a dental nurse in 2003. She has received orthodontic treatment at White.

Biography: We know that White would not be the same practice without our team. The atmosphere in the practice thrives upon the sound of laughter from both our team and patients alike. The mood is not somber or one of anxious people dreading their appointment. We know about our patients lives and their feelings about coming to the dentist, from the relaxed to the anxious, we try to give them the best possible experience with us. Truly, our work together is more than a job.Ben and I feel so proud to have a team that has such professional respect, plus a genuine affection for one another.
